4) Probate: why, when and how it occurs; assets not subject to probate; the role of the Personal Representative; buying, selling, and closing property involving probate; the impact of estate taxes; and more.
5) Real Estate Owned by a Trust: why use a Trust and how it works; buying and selling real estate from a Trust; the parties involved; possible complications; and more.
