Dues Payment
REALTOR® and Affiliate members can pay dues renewals online through the EBR Membership Portal.
Your login information for the membership portal is:
Login: NRDS Number (click here to find your NRDS number)
Password: welcome (unless you have personally changed your password)
REALTOR Deadlines: Payment is due by January 31, and will be considered late on February 1, at which time a $25 late payment fee will be charged. OAR will charge an addition 10% late fee on February 15. Any membership not paid in full before March 1, will be subject to termination.
