Did you know that all EBR Members must take a course in Ethics? Did you also know that everyone takes this course during the same three-year time period? The current time frame for taking a course in Ethics is January 2025 - December 31, 2027. Failure to complete an Ethics course during this time period will result in suspension of membership services and benefits as the local, state, and national level.
There are several options to fulfill the Code of Ethics requirement:
EBR: Take a three-hour course at EBR (counts for 3hr PSC credit, check calendar for availability)

PLEASE NOTE (2020 NAR Bylaw changes) - NAR ONLY approves courses that are completed by local REALTOR® associations, State Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® or association approved entities (CE Shop only).
