Lancaster Institute Cancellation/Postpone policy: “Students are permitted to change between On-Live classes at no charge any time before the class begins.” We just ask for them to call us at 800.448.5693 or email us and we’ll be happy to move them into a new class on a future date.  The only disclaimer is that they will be charged the difference if they switch from something like a 2 hour ($19)  to a 3 hour ($29).
