Description: This course will be taught by Evan Fuchs.
This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices. This course meets the standards for the NAR® Ethics- Cycle Eight requirement

Course Description:
In this final workshop, agents will learn how to create content that not only builds trust and engagement but also improves their visibility in an AI-driven online world. We’ll explore what kinds of content attract the right clients, how to create purposeful calls to action, and how AI tools (like ChatGPT and Google’s AI search) are reshaping how agents get discovered.

Understand what types of content drive trust, traffic, and inquiries
Learn how to write posts with clear CTAs that invite engagement
Explore how AI changes the way people search for agents online
Identify how to optimize your digital presence for AI recommendations
